White Ridge evaluation by Internatinal drink specialist

Very pronounced and incredibly lively on the nose.

This is a true love song to juniper and its pine-like and eucalyptus qualities and sappiness.

There’s a lovely supporting layer of citrus and maybe some coriander too lifting the nose.

Very expressive and unique with some finer aromas coming forward later, think of green bell peppers and freshly cut grass on a sunny day with some green herbs and even sage.

It is dry on the palate with an exciting interplay between the warm and creamy alcohol and the cooling effect of the juniper.

Creamy and bold.

Very crisp and dry on the finish and it has a long herbal aftertaste.

It is a more savoury example with a great deal of juniper throughout.
